“Mark and Josh Wilhite and the Copperline Homes team were outstanding! My wife, Julie, and I embarked on our first home building project in 2016. We wanted this home to be very special and didn't know who to work with. Our architectural firm provided us with a number of quality home builders in the Bend area. After interviewing the options, it was clear to us that Mark and Josh would help us make our home truly special. They seemed to not just want to build to spec, but instead would offer creative ideas along the way.
The Copperline team was very helpful from the early design, site layout and all the way through construction and even post construction. Despite us being 3 hours away, we regularly received updates, photos and videos on the progress. We often would get a call to discuss details and options to adjust the plans (never pressure, but plenty of help). This care and creativity was one of a few things that made Copperline so special and truly made our home a "custom home". It seemed like they were building a home for their families.
Our home is now complete and its beautiful. We've received so many compliments on home, but best of all it feels like a home. Today, we are still commuting back and forth from Bend to the Portland Area and Josh and Mark continue to watch the home for us and are always there for any help we need.

“We would offer the *highest* recommendation possible for the Copperline Homes team. This space is not large enough to go into all of the details. We took on a massive restoration of a home that is on the National Registry of Landmarks, so this project needed not only a great general contractor, but a high level of artistry and process savvy, as we needed to navigate many additional levels of agency/commission approvals. We did a lot of primary research to find just the right partners to make this the home that we wanted. The Copperline Team were exceptional at balancing competing requirements and not just finding solutions, but actually elevated designs and aesthetics. “Josh and Mark are excellent at what they do. In the absence of an official designer or architect on our remodel, we needed significant help both in terms of architectural details as well as design sense with color schemes, tile, paint, lighting, hardware, appliances, etc.
In sourcing both relatively standard materials as well as more custom elements, they were very plugged in to where/who to go with and I definitely felt comfortable that we were not overpaying for things.
