Project Story

Location, Location, Location! The home that originally sat on this one-of-a-kind, riverside parcel was destroyed by a wildfire decades ago. Rebuilt on its existing foundation in the early 90’s the home was in need of some TLC when Copperline was commissioned to help create a family retreat for the new owners. The work included remodeling the existing home, with an addition, and building a new guest house on the 3.5 acre site. A challenging but exciting project yielded amazing results. The outdoor spaces provide unparalleled views and sounds of the Deschutes River. The interiors are warm and inviting. This is a place to be enjoyed by family for generations to comes.
